Marius Haas

Chairman of the Board

Marius Haas is a Founding Partner of BayPine. Haas has spent most of his career leading executive teams and organizations in the technology and enterprise solutions industry, and has significant expertise in digital transformation, emerging technologies, and B2B business models. His career includes senior leadership roles at Dell Technologies, Hewlett-Packard (Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Global M&A), Compaq and Intel Corporation.


Prior to BayPine, Haas served as President and Chief Commercial Officer of Dell Technologies, which had over $90 billion of revenue in fiscal year 2020. He played an instrumental role as a senior operating executive in the take-private of Dell in 2013, the subsequent integration of Dell, EMC, and VMware in 2016, and the strategic transformation of Dell from a commodity PC supplier into a leading provider of strategic technology infrastructure and managed enterprise solutions.


Haas currently serves on the boards of Harbor, HydroBlok NA, and Fermi America. He also has served as an industry advisor to KKR's technology investment team. Haas holds a BA from Georgetown University and an MBA from the American Graduate School of Global Management.

Cordel Robbin-Coker

Fermi America, Board of Directors

Cordel Robbin-Coker is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Carry1st, a high-growth consumer fintech and commerce platform focused on Africa and the Middle East. Previously, Mr. Robbin-Coker cultivated a deep financial background across investment banking and private equity. His decade-long finance career included a pivotal role as a Vice President at The Carlyle Group in its Sub-Saharan Africa fund, preceded by time as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley, where he advised on global M&A and capital markets transactions.


Mr. Robbin-Coker’s board service includes The Hershey Company (NYSE: HSY), where his financial acumen is leveraged as Chair of the Finance and Risk Management Committee. He also serves as a Board Member and Treasurer for the Hershey Trust Company and the Milton Hershey School. Further demonstrating his insight into emerging technologies and markets, he is a Venture Scout for Andreessen Horowitz and a Venture Partner for The Raba Partnership.


Mr. Robbin-Coker earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stanford University and is a native of Sierra Leone.

Lee McIntire

Fermi America, Board of Directors

Lee McIntire is a seasoned executive with over four decades of leadership experience in engineering, construction, and global infrastructure. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of McDermott International, Inc., where he also served as Interim President and CEO from June 2021 to February 2022.


Previously, McIntire was Chairman and CEO of CH2M HILL and CEO of TerraPower, and spent 15 years at Bechtel Corporation as a Partner, Executive Vice President, and Board Member. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska and an MBA in Finance from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.


McIntire also serves on the boards of Spur Petroleum Ltd. and Al Bawani Holding, and advises the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. He has been recognized for his leadership with the Woodrow Wilson Award and the Korbel Award for International Business, and has participated in global policy forums including the World Economic Forum and the U.S.–Brazil CEO Forum.

Jeffrey S. Stein

Jeffrey S. Stein is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Breakpoint Advisory Partners LLC, a boutique corporate advisory and investment banking firm that provides consulting services to companies navigating complex transactions and strategic transformations. Stein is an accomplished corporate executive and director, including leadership and committee positions, of both public and private companies. Stein has served as an Executive Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and as a director on audit, compensation, corporate governance, finance, and risk committees.


Stein currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Octave Specialty Group, Inc. Stein previously served as a director on the boards of Sunnova Energy International Inc., Vertex Energy, Inc., Rite Aid Corporation, Troika Media Group, Inc., Aearo Technologies LLC, GWG Holdings Inc., Intelsat Connect Finance S.A., NMC Health plc, Westmoreland Coal Company, and Dynegy Inc.

Miles Everson

Miles Everson is a proven business builder, industry leader, and disruptor of the status quo.


He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Fermi America, a company dedicated to transforming energy and infrastructure through innovation, independence, and scalable solutions. Fermi America focuses on building sustainable systems that empower individuals and businesses to thrive in a rapidly changing world.


Previously, Miles served as the CEO at MBO Partners, the definitive market leader in enabling the future of work and improving the well-being of professionals and businesses worldwide.


He spent over 30 years at PwC, where he held senior leadership positions, including Global Advisory and Consulting CEO. He led the firm’s Advisory and Consulting businesses in Asia Pacific and the Americas and ultimately became PwC’s U.S. Advisory/Consulting Vice Chairman. During his tenure, Miles spearheaded the first globalization of the Advisory/Consulting practice across the PwC enterprise.


Miles has been engaged by some of the world’s largest Fortune 100 organizations for professional services, helping companies balance growth, reduce risk, maximize return, and excel in strategic priorities.


A sought-after public speaker and contributor, Miles has been featured as a Harvard Business School case study for success. He currently serves on the Board of Enquire.AI, a company blending AI, data science, and human intelligence. He is a member of the Fast Company Executive Board, contributing thought leadership and participating in expert panels, and a founding member of XXV Roundtable, which unites leaders to discuss health, wealth, and the future of work.

Miles is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from St. Cloud State University.

Larry Kellerman

Larry Kellerman is the Head of Power of Fermi. He boasts a nearly 40-year career in the power generation business, including the building of multi-billion-dollar energy asset portfolios.

 

Since January 2015, Mr. Kellerman has been a Managing Partner at Twenty First Century Utilities, where he focuses on the acquisition, operation and transformative improvement of assets and enterprises in the North American power generation sector. Mr. Kellerman also advised private equity leaders, including I Squared Capital, on their power portfolios. Mr. Kellerman served as the Chief Executive Officer of Atlantic Power & Utilities from February 2023 to May 2024 and President from January 2022 to February 2023. In addition, he has also served in several prior senior management positions as a Senior Management Partner at El Paso Corporation, Partner and Managing Director at Goldman Sachs and CEO of Quantum Utility Generation backed by Quantum Energy Partners.

 

Mr. Kellerman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and an MBA from West Coast University.

Governor Rick Perry

An authority in the energy sector, Rick Perry is a respected leader and veteran whose public service spans decades, most notably as the longest-serving governor of Texas (2000–2015) and the 14th U.S. Secretary of Energy (2017–2019).


A Texas A&M graduate and U.S. Air Force veteran, Perry flew C-130 aircraft before entering the Texas House of Representatives (1985–1991) and serving as the state's Agriculture Commissioner (1991–1999) and Lieutenant Governor (1999–2000).


As governor, Perry championed conservative policies that transformed Texas into an economic powerhouse, fostering job creation and innovation. His visionary leadership made Texas a magnet for tech giants and major industries, attracting companies like Tesla, Oracle, and Apple through business-friendly regulations, tax incentives, and infrastructure investments like the $7 billion Competitive Renewable Energy Zone, which boosted wind energy and grid reliability. He advocated for nuclear power and small modular reactors, aligning with his all-of-the-above energy strategy. Perry’s legacy includes driving Texas’ economic and energy dominance, making the Lone Star State a global model for sustainable growth and innovation.
